Congratulations to Peter and the team at Smarthomes TV for this month’s Installation of the Month.

Tasked with transforming a TV room into a dream cinema space, Smarthomes TV embraced the challenge head-on. With the original client brief calling for a larger, better space for daily family use, the team got to work.

Despite the room's 5x5m dimensions and tricky layout, they managed to spin the room around, block off a doorway, and maximise seating and screen size.

The highlight feature of the project was undoubtedly the client's reaction—an expression of disbelief at the beyond-belief transformation of their TV room. The seamless integration of Artcoustic speakers within bespoke acoustic treated wall panels ensured both exceptional sound quality and aesthetic appeal.

Working closely with Cinema Luxe for the interior design side, and with Artcoustic for the technical side, Smarthomes had expertise in the right areas.

Working directly with the manufacturer ensured more directly focused knowledge, with technical documents produced at the proposal stage to quickly instil client confidence. Final calibration and hand over is all part of the service too, ensuring that what was promised at the deposit stage was more than delivered upon the final balance stage. Confidence and due diligence at every stage, with the right team, and the end result is a very happy client.
