Congratulations to the team at indigo zest for this month's installation.
The client's brief was simple – to install a stunning, high performance cinema to deliver the same amazing experience as the demonstration they had in the Indigo Zest showroom, with enough seating to accommodate 5–6 people.
The experience that the client had received when visiting the showroom was exactly what they wanted to recreate in their own home, all powered by Artcoustic loudspeakers. The room was similar in size, slightly smaller, so Indigo Zest worked with the Artcoustic team to calculated the exact specification for the project, and achieve an amazing result.

The 'winged wall', made from fabric panels with built-in LED lighting, was the highlight feature of this beautifully executed Dolby Atmos 7.2.4 home cinema.
The design of the seating, pendant lights and neon sign were sketched by the team at Interior Design Studio, Alexander James Interiors, whilst the team at Indigo were asked to create a design for the acoustic treatment to blend in with these feature pieces. The fabric panels were placed in a configuration to complement all of those elements coming together.
Audio analysis
To plan and design and project like this, copy / paste just doesn't work. Testing the room in our software predicts the SPL achievable with realistic power, as well as seat variances, subwoofer output and predicted 1/3 order room modes. This creates a document to help sell the system in the first place, as well as give confidence that by the time calibration is carried out, there are no surprises or barriers. The end result reflects this credibility, integrity and honesty throughout.
