• Please note that all our prices are quoted in EURO.
• All prices on price list are ‘per piece’ unless stated otherwise
• All standard black & white SL & CPH product prices include a black or white screen, except the CPH-7
• Prices for coloured speaker products do not include a screen
PRICES FOR BESPOKE OPTIONS (SIZE, FINISH & SCREENS):
Most of the products in the Artcoustic collection are customisable in colour, size and finish. Below are some guidelines as to where you can find the correct prices for each item and which finishes are available to your customers.

HOW TO ORDER PERSONALISED SCREENS:
• Customers’ own images need to be emailed to us in 300 dpi high res image, file format JPEG or TIFF. Please ensure you crop and resize your image file to fit the speaker dimensions. If not, cropping may not be to your preference.
• If an image has specific copyrights you will need to require an ‘Artwork Declaration’ to be signed off by the end-user. Please e-mail orders@artcoustic.com.
• We do not take any responsibility for infringement of copyright.
If you require an option that is not available in the price list, please get in touch and we will be happy to help you.
HOW TO ORDER BESPOKE CABINET COLOURS AND FINISHES:
Our SL and CPH Series products come in most colours, but we only accept colour codes in RAL or NCS. Please convert to one of these before submitting your order.
• Standard finish for SL & CPH models is silk paint (silk)
• Our Spitfire models are only available in matt black. For other finishes choose the same model with an SL finish.
• Other paint finishes available are: gloss, piano lacquer & car paint (prices on request)
• Other finishes are also available, including wood veneer or leather finishes. Please request.
• Add the colour code or finish in the description field when ordering.
• Please note that black or white screens are not included when ordering a coloured cabinet.

Payment Terms:
• Pre-payment is required on all orders
• Orders will only be processed when payment has been received
Return policy:
• All products are made-to-order and non-returnable.
Lead-time excl. shipping:
• 2-3 weeks for standard products
• 4-5 weeks for bespoke orders
Handling Fee:
• Orders below €1.000 will incur an additional handling fee of €100 (screens-only orders are excluded).
