A FAMILY CINEMA ROOM WITH LUXURY AND PRECISION
Angus Murray and the team at New Wave AV, delivered a refined and beautifully finished 9.4.4 cinema room that brings serious performance and design-led detail to a family home.
The brief was focused but ambitious: create a high-performance dedicated cinema space that feels truly special. Working closely with the client - and with interior design and build from Cinema Luxe - the team designed a room that combines impact with elegance.

Following detailed room analysis and design support from Artcoustic, the initial 5.4.4 layout was uplifted to a 9.4.4 configuration, giving greater coverage and a more immersive soundstage. This choice paid off, with the final system delivered:

Other details included Anthem MRX-1140 AVR, a Sony VPL-XW7000 projector, Cinema Build Systems screen, Control4 Halo remote and processor, and carefully layered lighting from Orluna and Buster & Punch to create the desired atmosphere.
